We believe that nervous system regulation is fundamental to recovery, so we make sure our clients feel emotionally safe first and foremost. Later, we’ll help them process past traumas and buried emotions which may be impacting their addiction. Our women’s-only programs provide our clients with an environment where they can recover from stimulant addiction safely, and without distractions.

We also put an emphasis on the quality of the clinical care we provide. We utilize a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, including both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as experiential outings like hiking, beach days, meditation gardens, gym, breathwork, chronic pain management, holistic therapies for chronic pain, and mindfulness practices. Upon completion of the program, our clients depart with a lasting sisterhood that will serve as a pillar of support throughout their sobriety journey.
